If you have internet access:
Simply log in to the tenant portal https://avantgarde.managebuilding.com and click the
Lof in to see you balance through the resident portal. click on the payment button next to your balance. 
 

If you don’t have internet access:
Contact the office to register and have the following ready:
• Account and routing numbers (or voided check) for payments via eCheck
• Cardholder name, credit/debit card number, expiration date, and three-digit card
security code for payments via credit or debit card
